Lets see if someone can clear this up for me.
Sallera = Sand snake. Female
Alleras = Maester apprentice. Male

How is it possible that its the same person?

And the "Riddle not the Riddler" thing...
Can someone tell me if he/she is as old as Aegon head-crushed would be? Or was he/she black?

I think Aegon is alive. All babies look the same to the Mountain.

Well Alleras could be a female posing as a male. Arya did it. Possible anyway...

If Aegon is still alive, he must be well hidden. And he probably does not know who he really is.

I thought it was pretty obvious that Sarella was Alleras. For one thing the name is just reversed. She could certainly be pretending to be a boy.

She could be a girl pretending to be a boy but not otherwise? Guess not, unless she deceived her whole family.

It's Sarella, not Baby Aegon. The description's totally different from Aegon (who, according to GRRM, had Targaryen geatures), and it gives an explanation for where Sarella is and what her "game" is.

I tried to find an explanation for the Riddle not Riddler thing. Seems like it wont be as easy as "she is the PWWP". Still, are we sure thats the right Sphinx?
I still believe Aegon will pop out sooner or later.

My thought on that: GRRM's teasing us about Aegon, so if an imposter aegon shows up, we won't know whether it's the real one or not.
